Late 2008 our family purchased In the Humidor.  We had a lot of work to do and much is still in progress. Our hope is to continue to grow our business in our current location and eventually expand to other markets with the knowledge we learned. For the first year we listened to our customers and distributors to really understand their needs and desires. We also wanted to get the history of the establishment, the customer base and that of the many competitors in the area. We took the likes and dislikes that our customers have shared us and incorporated many suggestions.

 I have been smoking fine cigars for 20 years and been in many cigar shops around the world. I  have heard many things over the years about this product or that product. We really try to look at items one on one and I personally wouldn't recommend something without trying it myself. Many times I get one of our regular customers to try it with me especially new cigar introductions.

No humidor can have everything that everyone wants but we try to get the best of the best that the customer desires in a particular line of fine cigars. We are all very open and friendly and in the last year many of our customers have become trusted friends  so much so that some have been invited to our family functions. Our promise to you is we will continue to listen and work to set apart our cigar establishment from all others.

Believe me it is an interesting place and you will make a lot of new friends and hear some very interesting information and views from many different people. This is something I am glad to be a part of as I have learned a lot from many of our regulars about many different businesses out there. Now I find myself going to many more cigar shops making new friends while I am travelling out of town myself for my other company just to get the latest views. I love it! Really! I think you will too!
